FOOD : Star Starters : Fisssshhh

I absolutely know what you are thinking of me!! A fish freak.. Yes I am. I can go fish for it anywhere!!! 
Bring home some fish, and I can't rest till I have made it, till I binge on it, and burp in full satisfaction!!! :) My meal is just complete when there is fish around...

So this is a marinate with Basil in it. I am not sure, how many of you will really like it. Basil You see, Either You will love it, or simply hate it... 
Hardly about 4-5 ingredients apart from the fish, that I assume you have washed well, and marinated it with some salt already and your dish is ready. 
8-9 Whole Walnuts, Basil Leaves, Few Pinenuts, 1-2 Chillies, Salt, 4-5 pods of Roasted Garlic is all you need to marinate about 4-5 medium sized pieces of Pomphret. Let the salt not be too much... remember you already have marinated your fish with it. Before you apply this paste over the fish, Wash it well, till you have drained out all the salt from it. Apply and leave for around 15 minutes. Fry/Grill with Butter/Olive Oil...

If you want a very Indian Version, then Make a paste of Crushed Garlic, Chilli Powder, Diluted Tamarind Paste and Little Tumeric. Marinate the Fish with this paste, and fry either Directly or apply a coating of Rava/Semolina or even Rice Flour. I prefer Rice Flour.
